Download files showing on desktop

 · This behaviour appears to be linked to "show hidden files, folders or drives" in the File Explorer Options dialogue. If the "show"option is on, the folders appear on the desktop at certain times (still can't figure out what triggers them) and don't then disappear until a reboot, after which they'll reappear as I use the PC.  · Something is causing all My Documents files and folders to show up on my Desktop (along with what is normally there). They are not shortcuts. Properties show that they are actually located in My Desktop folder, but in My Documents, where they belong. I was working on my laptop today, suddenly all my desktop and downloads files and folders disappeared, now download folder is empty, desktop only showing shortcuts. some files still I can see them from Quick Access but I cant open or copy them. no updates or new programs was installed in last 2 days, this occurred while I`m working. Now you can see that the SVG file isn't just called "Sample-File" — now it's called "bltadwin.ru". However, the computer is still thinking that the file is an HTML.
